Our practical workshops will help your billing staff understand the principles and
concepts of third-party billing in the skilled nursing facility. Sessions
provide detailed, hands on training in all steps of the accounts
receivable process—from admission to billing, follow-up, reconsideration
and appeal.
Training is conducted by our direct billing staff—those with daily field
experience, who encounter and deal with emerging issues. Participants will
learn our proven methods to accelerate receivables and resolve billing
problems. |

Training is provided in a casual, upbeat environment
in our newly designed training center.
Workshops are generally conducted from 9 a.m. to 4
p.m. and all class materials, on-the-job
resources, and refreshments are provided. Lodging is conveniently located
for those wishing to stay overnight.
